Job Opportunity: Human Resources Coordinator
Kent County Road Commission is currently accepting applications for a Human Resources Coordinator. This professional and challenging position facilitates the daily coordination of Human Resources processes, programs and initiatives while working closely with the Human Resources Manager, management team, and 350+ employees and retirees. Ongoing duties require a dynamic and organized self-starter to assist with recruitment, benefit administration, record-keeping, safety initiatives, and employee relations.
Technical or specialized training in the area of Human Resources along with five years of experience is required. A minimum associate’s degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
Wage range is $48,000 - $62,000/year.
