KCRC Invites Community Feedback Regarding 2021 Strategic Plan
The Kent County Road Commission is seeking public feedback regarding the recently completed draft of the organization’s 2021 strategic plan. The living document delivers concise information about KCRC’s mission, values, vision, and strategic objectives, thus helping to establish a clear direction for the future.
From December 7 through December 21, Kent County stakeholders are invited to review the plan and share input via a short online survey.
“The strategic plan provides us with a blueprint from which we can efficiently, and collegially, develop specific improvement plans and allocate resources. The survey’s compiled feedback will be used to compare the priorities we have identified in the plan with those of the community served to better inform decisions regarding future planning and investment,” said Steve Warren, KCRC’s Managing Director.
Those interested are invited to review the plan and share their feedback via the survey, available through December 21 at 11:59 p.m.
