Kent County Road Commission, 1500 Scribner Avenue NW, Grand Rapids, MI.  49504 will receive sealed bids until THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 16, 2012 @ 8:30 AM DEADLINE FOR THE FOLLOWING:

·         Contract #12-06:  Catch basin cleaning services on State Trunklines and County Local and Primary roads for 2012

·         Contract #12-07:  Pavement Marking services for 2012, with two, one year renewal options

Specifications may be picked up at the Purchasing Department, address above.  

 


  Kent County Road Commission, 1500 Scribner Avenue NW, Grand Rapids, MI. 49504, is seeking requests for proposals for the Administration and Recordkeeping of the employee’s 401(k) and 457(b) Savings Plan from qualified Retirement Benefit Service Organizations that are able to work with our existing investment advisor.  The proposals are due at the address above no later than March 1, 2012 at 8:30 a.m., DEADLINE and shall be clearly labeled on the exterior of the packaging to read:  Attention:  Purchasing – Proposal for Administration and Recordkeeping of 401(k) and 457(b) Savings Plan.  Any proposal received after the specified date and time will not be considered and will be returned unopened to the proposing organization.  Faxed and e-mail responses will not be accepted.  The organization shall provide two (2) copies of their proposal.

 

The Kent County Road Commission reserves the right to select the successful retirement benefit service organization that in the sole judgment of the Board is in the best interest of the Kent County Road Commission.
