EXPANSION/ RECONSTRUCTION PROJECTS

 

10 Mile Road – from East of Wolven Avenue to Childsdale Avenue

Reconstruct and widen to five-lane all-season section.  Includes concrete curb and gutter, storm sewer, HMA pavement and sidewalk (City of Rockford).  2-way traffic will be maintained on 10 Mile Road during construction.

 

Clyde Park Avenue – 76^th Street to 68^th Street

Reconstruct and widen existing 2-lane portion to three-lane.  Includes concrete curb and gutter, storm sewer, sidewalk (Byron Township), HMA and concrete pavement.  Traffic will be maintained during the drainage and widening work.  Through traffic will be detoured during final grading and paving work.

 

Forest Hill Avenue – Ada Drive to 700 Feet south of Fulton Street (M-21)

Reconstruct and widen to three-lane all season section. Includes concrete curb and gutter, HMA valley gutter, storm sewer, and HMA pavement.  Through traffic will be detoured.

 

 

 

INTERSECTION PROJECTS     

 

13 Mile Road @ Tefft Avenue

Reconstruct and regrade 13 Mile Road east of Tefft Avenue to improve sight distance, including earthwork and HMA pavement.  Through traffic will be detoured.

 

17 Mile Road @ Myers Lake Avenue

Reconstruct and regrade 17 Mile Road east of Myers Lake Avenue to improve sight distance, including earthwork and HMA pavement.  Through traffic will be detoured.

 

Bailey Drive @ Parnell Avenue

Reconstruct and regrade Bailey Drive west of Parnell Avenue to improve sight distance, including earthwork and HMA pavement.  Through traffic will be detoured.
