Managing Director Steve Warren to Retire
After 35 years at the Kent County Road Commission, Managing Director Steve Warren has announced his retirement, effective October 1. Jerry Byrne, KCRC’s deputy managing director of operations, will assume the role of KCRC’s new managing director.
