The project will consist of HMA removal and placement of sanitary sewer, storm sewer, watermain, and reconstructing Conrail Avenue from Homerich Avenue to Union Station Avenue. Through traffic will be detoured to Byron Depot Drive via temporary access to Homerich Avenue, which is 300’ north of Conrail Avenue. The temporary access to Homerich Avenue off Byron Depot Drive will be removed once Conrail Avenue is reopened to traffic.
